By purchasing your voucher and  Redeeming  you agree to the terms and conditions of our services

You agree that upon redemption, we may collect and store personal data such as; Your Name, Phone, Email, Address, Voucher number  and redemption code for the purposes of contacting you by supplying these details you permission us to contact you anyway we can anytime to discuss providing you the services you require including but not limited to electronic Email, Fax, SMS, Phone, Pager or any other communication tools we deem fit and any sent message or communication through these mediums are considered recieved at all times.

We may contact you regarding any services, products, charges or bookings at anytime before or after the booking is made.

Booking our services are subject to availability and cancellations will incur a fee and will void any voucher redeemed.

We have the right to deliver our services any way we seem fit and may time to time provide 2 cleaners or technicans on your job, in these circumstanes 2 cleaners for 1 hour is equal to a 2 hour cleaning service or 3 carpeted rooms no larger than 20sqm steam clean only  additonal fees and charges may apply for extra; If at anytime the technician finds the size to be much larger an additional fee of $2.50 per sqm may be charged or $35 per added room.; Any jobs outside 10kms of the CBD may incur an additional fee of $10- You can check your postcode distance on Google Maps; No Refunds under any circumstances will be given and are non redeemable for cash or any other credit.

Technicians, Cleaners or any of our staff have the right to redeem voucher prior to arrival or booking; Copy must be handed upon arrval, Failure to provide the voucher will assume full price for any job;Technicans have the right to decline any job for any reason where the technicans work or entry to the premises is limited or where its reasonable;

- Dangerous Dogs, Snakes other vicious pets,  Weapons, explosives, illicit and prohibited items, Where it may cause damage or danger to use the equipment

- Outlets, UPS and no access to water or power, no person present to redeem or make a transaction, Authorised credit card holder not present

If you require these services on the day, we will take off the total value of your voucher off the quote and book you in.

 

The 2 hour service covers 2 cleaners for a total of 1 hour of general cleaning for the services listed above. Additional Vouchers and hours can be purchased for $40 each and unlimited purchases can be made.

 

Carpet Cleaning voucher includes 3 standard carpeted rooms - Furnished or empty

We are able to clean stairs, hallways, additional rooms, landings and living areas for an additional price, We will redeem up to $59 off the total price.

 

All extra fees and services must be paid by Direct Deposit to the operaters bank account ; By Cash on arrival or 

Credit Card(No processing fees) - To be arranged 7 days before booking date.
